Alta Asset Management is a real estate investment and development company founded in 2017 by Kamil Wyrzykowski. We invest in New Jersey based distressed single family homes in need of expansion renovations for the purpose of resale and distressed multi family buildings in need of rehab for the purpose of rental. Managing every project in-house with our strong network of construction sub-contractors allows us to ensure the highest quality of workmanship, unmatched customer service, and a strong attention to detail — with maximized return on investment.

Kamil’s initial passion for real estate and construction began when he was 14 years old when he worked on fix and flips for W&W Home Improvement, a family-owned company. He gained an immense amount of experience and knowledge in interior demolition, framing, full kitchen and bathroom renovations, ceramic tile, hardwood floors, painting, trims and doors, landscaping, and more. 

After graduating from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Kamil worked at an investment bank in equity trading. He then joined Michael Page, a recruitment consultancy, where he was a Partner of the financial services division and led a team of 16 to generate an annual profit of $5 million. He honed his business development, ROI and data analysis, leadership, project management, and strategic communication skills in this role. Utilizing his extensive background in business and finance combined with his passion for real estate, Kamil successfully launched Alta Asset Management in 2017.
